A. There are no tests or exams, the ITQ is assessed through workplace evidence. Which means that the ITQ can be achieved through doing normal day to day work activities.
A. As the ITQ is achieved through day to day work activities, it will depend on how much training is required and how much time is available.
Your local training provider will be able to discuss a programme taht suits both business and candidate needs.

A. ITQ's build on previous knowledge gained through training or through learning on the job. However as they are achieved through work based evidence, they show that you can apply skills learnt in day to day work.

Train to Gain will also conduct a Training Needs Analysis through a Train to Gain skills broker. These are often free.
A. The ITQ is as flexible as you want it to be and can be custom made to suit your the specific needs. You will need to make a time commitment for staff to learn but this is also determined by your business needs.
